Shape of the plaque will be the shape of the branch rank. For special insignias within ranks (i.e. HM2, etc) please state specifically that you are wanting that and not the default/generic rank.

Plaques come with (1) logo per piece. Additional logos and/or custom logos can be purchased for an additional price.

Additional logos and/or custom logos MUST be provided within 48 hours of your purchase and sent either through Etsy message or emailed to ignitethegrain@gmail.com. If we do not receive the logo(s), we will use our best judgment to determine which logo you want based on the information in the order. Incorrect judgment does not warrant a remake or refund, the logo is the buyer’s responsibility to provide.

Personalization for the plaque is copy and pasted from the order. Please double check and ensure that spelling, grammar, and ONLY the text you want on the plaque is in this space prior to ordering. If corrections need to be made, please submit them through Etsy message within 48 hours of ordering.

Default processing is (2) weeks from date of purchase. Processing includes design time, production time, and shipping preparation. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from Etsy, please allow up to 24 hours for updated shipment details from the carrier.

Additional processing times can be purchased in the add-ons section in the shop. If you chose an upgraded processing time, be sure to include it in the SAME order as your item. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to change your estimated shipping date in the system.

Additional processing times include Super Rush (5 day production) and Semi Rush (1 week production). These times do not include shipping times.
