This was just ok, I was pretty disappointed with how the display on the plaque came out-it looked cartoonish and wasn’t at all what I had in mind. I wanted everything centered and I thought it was all going to be the same size font. Instead, I got what is pictured. I asked for a proof twice so that I could see how the font and words would be arranged prior to the item being made but I never got one. Perhaps if I had received one, it would have turned out better and the way I wanted. The wood work was fine. I recommend ordering the item blank and then taking to a local engraver to get it how you want. I wish I would have done that instead.
