We will no longer be utilizing USPS for express shipments (priority mail express) for coast to coast orders due to their significant unreliability of their own delivery timeframes. All express shipping upgrades will be through UPS equivalent service.
If your order fails to come by the carrier's expected delivery timeframe indicated on your tracking; please let us know ASAP. We understand that there are presentation dates or deadlines for the recipient, so if something is delayed in transit - with enough of a heads up we may be able to remake and ship out a new one through another carrier for it to arrive in time.
We do not routinely check tracking on any/all orders, so until this issue is brought up - we are unaware of any delays and have no control over your order once it is in the carrier's possession.
