Shape of the plaque will be a rectangular 9x12 (SM) and 11x14" (LG). For special insignias within ranks (i.e. HM2, etc) please state specifically that you are wanting that and not the default/generic rank. Buyer MUST supply ranks or logos after ordering. Plaque can be portrait or landscape orientation depending on logo provided.

Additional logos and/or custom logos MUST be provided within 24 hours of your purchase and sent either through Etsy message or emailed to ignitethegrain [!at] gmail.com. If we do not receive the logo(s), we will use our best judgment to determine which logo you want based on the information in the order. Incorrect judgment does not warrant a remake or refund, the logo is the buyer’s responsibility to provide.

Personalization for the plaque is copy and pasted from the order. Please double check and ensure that spelling, grammar, and ONLY the text you want on the plaque is in this space prior to ordering. If corrections need to be made, please submit them through Etsy message within 24 hours of ordering.

Default processing is (2) weeks from date of purchase. Processing includes design time, production time, and shipping preparation. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from Etsy, please allow up to 24 hours for updated shipment details from the carrier. Processing time EXCLUDES transit time.
